We welcome any new or currently enrolled family at Shekinah Christian School to apply for tuition assistance when the need arises. We know there are a variety of factors that can leave a family wondering how to fund their child's education at a Christian school. We will commonly hear families talk about how much they love the family-feel at Shekinah, the college preparatory academics, and focus on spiritual growth and education from a Biblical worldview. These same families may struggle to figure out how to pay for multiple children. Sometimes unexpected circumstances cause families to experience a temporary interruption to their normal family income.
Any family may apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Financial Aid & Grant Assessment. FACTS is a nationally-recognized third-party company that assesses and validates information and then provides the school with a recommendation.
The application process includes a few steps:
STEP 2 - A non-refundable application fee of $45 payable to FACTS will be required before your application will be submitted.
STEP 3 - You will need to upload or fax all required supporting documentation that FACTS requires.
*All documentation received is imaged upon receipt and then destroyed.
After completing your tuition assistance application, you may login to your FACTS user account to review the status of your application. Please allow 2 weeks processing time from the date you provided the supporting documents before inquiring further about receipt and/or status of the uploaded or faxed documents.
Shekinah will accept tuition assistance applications as long as funds are available in the current school year. If you are unsure whether funds are available, please contact us to ensure that your application will be accepted. Final award decisions are made by Shekinah, not FACTS.
