DECEMBER HOT LUNCH ORDER

Please complete your student's hot lunch order form for the month of December. Please complete one form for each student. This form will close on Monday, November 16th, at 11:59pm EST. ALL orders will be invoiced through FACTS. You will receive an email when the invoice is ready.
