KINDERGARTEN

A warm, Christ-centered first year of school. Your child will be known by name, taught by teachers who care, and surrounded by a community that points them to Christ every day.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6 KJV

What your child will experience

Learning that starts with God's Word. Bible stories, songs, and prayer are part of every day. Children begin to see that God made the world and made them.

Small classes and personal attention. With smaller class sizes, your child's teacher can see where they are thriving and where they need extra help.

A strong academic foundation. Our core subjects build the skills your child needs for first grade and beyond:

  • Reading and phonics: letter sounds, early reading, and a love of books
  • Writing: letter formation, first words, and simple sentences
  • Math: counting, number sense, shapes, and early addition and subtraction
  • Science and social studies: exploring God's creation, families, and community
  • Bible

Specials every week. Kindergartners take art, music and PE.

Character and community. Kindness, honesty, sharing, and obedience are taught and practiced, in class and on the playground.
