Non-Discrimination Policy
ARTICLE I — PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to prohibit and prevent racial discrimination at Shekinah Christian School, to promote racial equality, and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing private schools and charitable organizations.
ARTICLE II — RACIAL NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Shekinah Christian School admits students of any race, color, or national and/or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Shekinah Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and/or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
